Which exports are free?

PNG, JPEG, and SVG are free, with a shared limit of 10 exports per account per day. Animated GIF, MP4, PDF, and interactive HTML are Pro features.

How does the 7-day trial work?

Sign in and start your trial to unlock Pro features for 168 hours without a card. Each account gets one trial, and it ends without an automatic charge.

When does the free allowance reset?

The daily allowance resets at 00:00 UTC. One allowance is used when the server authorizes an export, even if rendering fails. Previews do not count.

Will I be charged automatically?

Paid plans renew monthly, quarterly or yearly until canceled in Account center. Paid access lasts through the current period. The card-free trial never starts a paid subscription.

Do longer plans unlock more features?

No. Monthly, quarterly, and yearly plans have the same Pro features. Longer plans have a lower effective monthly price. Free accounts can save up to 5 online templates. Pro and the 7-day trial have no template count limit. When membership ends, existing templates are kept; new templates require fewer than 5 saved templates.

Are there any export size limits?

Pro removes the daily quota, but technical limits on video length, frame count, and browser capabilities still apply. PDF currently contains a rendered chart image.
